* Discounted rate can not be lesser than original costing of the flat

* To avail the discount, the total property cost must be paid within the stipulated time. The total property cost includes the flat cost and miscellaneous charges like Corpus Fund, parking, registry execution fee, water and sewer connection charges, advertisement fee and 18% GST, along with 1% of the property cost as TDS for properties valued above ₹50 lakhs.
